HeartSaver First Aid + CPR/AED: Comprehensive training for organizations needing both medical and emergency response skills. Cancellation Policy
TC Allied Health – Refund & Cancellation Policy Student Cancellations: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no cost. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before class may reschedule once at no charge but are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable and must register again at full price. TC Allied Health Cancellations: If TC Allied Health cancels or reschedules a class, students may choose a full refund or transfer to another class date at no cost. Late Arrivals: Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class due to certification requirements. Late arrivals are treated as a no-show.
